How do I order?

Simply click on the item that you require, this will take you to the product page, you can then view product details and select what quantity you require, bulk prices will automatically be calculated, and then click ‘add to cart’. You can either continue shopping or click ‘checkout’.

Once you have clicked ‘checkout’ either login if you are an existing customer or sign up for a new account. You can checkout as a guest with no registration required. Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.

I did not receive confirmation of my order, has it still gone through?

In most cases a confirmation of an order will be sent, if you have not received one please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I order by telephone?

Ordering over the Internet is now a safe way of shopping for goods and services, but please feel free to call our warehouse office 01292 288388.

When will you charge my card?

When you complete your order and submit, our website automation then passes you over to a secure Paypal payment gateway where you can either pay with Paypal funds (if you have a Paypal account) or simply enter your credit card details. Once authorisation is given then your payment will be processed right away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to order on our website, Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
If your card is declined then we will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information. It maybe a simple mistake like typing your postcode in incorrectly; it is always better to register first so that we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.

Can I return any unwanted items?

Yes, of course, if for any reason you want to return any item it can be returned within 2 working days of you receiving the item, as long as the item is unopened and in good condition. Please ensure that all seals have not been broken and packaging / shrink wrap is intact. Outwith 2 working days there is a 20% restocking fee to return any unwanted goods to our suppliers + carriage costs.

To arrange the return of your unwanted items please contact Portland Products where you will be given a returns number and address where to be returned. All refunds will be inclusive of VAT but please note that carriage charges will not be refunded.

I have received an item and it is faulty?

If you have received an item that is faulty you must contact us the day of receipt of the item. We will then arrange collection of the faulty item and send out a replacement.

Missing Item?

If you have received a delivery & you find that any item or items are missing you must contact us the day of receipt to notify us & we will re-send the missing item or items.
