BRILLO/BRYTA CLEANER DEGREASER 5ltr

Brillo Cleaner & Degreaser 5lt. Non tainting and odourless. Dissolves great fast. For commercial & professional use. Formulated to penetrate, lift and dissolve animal fats, grease, blood, protein and other ground-in soilage without hard scrubbing.

Brillo Cleaner & Degreaser 5lt Prepare and Use
Application Areas: Ideal for use on floors, walls, equipment and all other washable surfaces in kitchens, bakeries, meat cutting rooms, slaughter houses and any areas where food is prepared, consumed or manufactured.

Directions for Use: Floors: Remove all loose soilage from the floor. Apply a solution of Brillo Cleaner and Degreaser at the required dilution with a mop. Allow the solution to penetrate to up to 5 minutes before cleaning and rinsing off with hot water.

Work Surfaces and Walls: Cover or remove all food products and remove any loose soilage. Apply a solution of Brillo Cleaner and Degreaser at the required dilution with a sponge, cloth, scouring pad or through a trigger spray bottle. Rinse thoroughly with hot water and leave to dry.

Deep Fat Fryers: Turn off heat, drain oil and remove sediment with hot water. Fill fryer with a solution of Brillo Cleaner and Degreaser at 1:20 dilution. Heat solution, but Do Not Boil, for 10-15 minutes. Drain, rinse with clean water at least twice and wipe dry. See pack for full instructions.
